Universal Life Force Energy

 

 

Reiki is an ancient system of natural healing, first used by Tibetan monks thousands of years ago, and then rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui at the end of the 19th century in Japan.

 

The Reiki practitioner is attuned to the Reiki energy by a master teacher who enables the energy to flow through them.

There are 3 levels of attunement: Level 1, Level 2 and Master/Master Teacher.

 

Reiki works on physical, mental and emotional levels, dispelling negativity and releasing blockages, bringing you a greater sense of well-being and harmony.

 

By laying hands on or just above the body, the Reiki practitioner acts as a channel for energy, allowing it to flow into the recipient.
